How CAM Can Help

Don't know what to do about your dog's arthritis? Want some professional advice or some practical, hands on therapy? We've got you covered...

Manual Therapy

Galen Myotherapy, a practical, hands-on therapy is one of the key services that we offer to help you support your dog. Gentle manipulation aims to relieve pain and inflammation, supporting long term management of osteoarthritis.

Home Consultations

Often, it's much better to assess a dog's behaviour in their own environment, so our home consultations offer an ideal way to get a professional opinion based on the way your dog is acting at home.

We will also assess the home environment and provide easy and helpful suggestions on ways you can make life easier for your dog - like non slip floor coverings, raised food bowls and steps to help them get onto the sofa.

Public & Veterinary Talks

We strongly believe that by better educating people, including both owners and vets - about the causes, available treatments and ways of managing arthritis - we can improve lives for dogs and their owners. One of the ways we're seeking to do this is by offering a range of inspiring and informative educational talks - from 'lunch and learns' to public events and conferences.

Downloads and Resources

If what you're looking for is a selection of free resources to download and use, like checklists and charts, then you're in luck - because that's exactly what you can find here.

We've worked with a huge number of dog owners and pet professionals and have begun creating a range of free and easy to use downloads to make your life easier when caring for a dog with arthritis. Come back every so often too, as we'll be adding more to this page regularly.
